Dal Fry

Dal fyr recipe made by Tita Spices. Easy to make and with real taste.

Ingredients, serves 4

 

Spice Mix: Tita Dal Fry Masala

  • 2 tablespoons Tita Dal Fry Masala
  • 1 big cup yellow toor or mung dal (lentils)
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 1 cup Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons garlic chopped
 
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped for garnishing
