Prick the fish fillets gently all over with a fork to allow the marinade to penetrate. Place the fish in a large, shallow dish you can use in the oven.
In a separate bowl combine the Tita Tandoori mix, yogurt, lemon juice garlic, ginger and salt. Stir until well-mixed, then pour the mixture over the fish and rub it into the fish, turning the fish several times. Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. Remove the fish from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before cooking.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Brush the fish with oil and place it in the oven. Cook the fish, turning once, 20 minutes until the juices run clear and until slightly charred on the second side.
Serve with sprigs of coriander and slices of cucumber, (red) onion, tomato, and lemon.
