Fish Tandoori

Fish Tandoori Masala recipe with Tita Spices. Easy to make and with real taste.

Ingredients, serves 4

 

Spice Mix: Fish Tandoori Masala

  • 4 tablespoons Tita Fish Tandoori masala
  • 4 medium-sized firm fish fillets of choice (for example Tilapia)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
 
  • 1 tablespoon peeled and grated or crushed ginger root
  • 2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
  • Vegetable oil, for brushing
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • Slices of cucumber, (red) onion, tomato and lemon, for garnish

You can also make this dish with any kind of meat, use the Tita Chicken Tandoori masala  instead.
