You can make this dish, with any kind of meat, this recipe is with beef.
Put oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, and chile, and saute for 3 minutes. Add the Tita Meat Masala, and salt and toast for 10 seconds and then add the tomato paste and stir well.
Add the beef, turning them frequently as they cook for 20 minutes. Add the tomatoes, potatoes, coriander, and water and mix well.
Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cover with a lid and let cook for about 30 minutes, or until the meat and potatoes are cooked through.
Serve the Tita Meat Masala with rice or nan and any of the vegetable dishes you can find on our website.
