Spice Mix: Tita Rajma Masala

  • 200  grams Rajma (kidneybeans) soaked overnight.
  • 3 tablespoons Tita Rajma Masala
  • 1 big onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon butter
• 1 tablespoon ginger/garlic paste
• 1 chopped tomato
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves to garnish
