Vegetable Biryani Rice

Delicious recipe for Vegetable Biryani Rice.

Ingredients, serves 4

 

Spice Mix: Tita Biryani Masala

  • 4 tablespoons Tita Biryani Masala
  • 2 cups Basmati rice
  • ½ cup curd (yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon (Tita) chilli powder
  • 3 tablespoons Dry Fruits (cashew nuts, raisin)
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetable (cauliflower, potato, carrot, french beans)
  • 150 gms Green Peas
  • 2 Finely Sliced Green chilies (optional)
 
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely sliced
  • 1 ½ teaspoon (Tita) ginger/garlic paste
  • A pinch saffron
  • ½ cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves
